Care Guide
Our permanent jewelry is designed to withstand daily wear, but it's important to understand that it’s not indestructible. Like all fine jewelry chains, there's a possibility of pulling, or bending that could lead to breakage. If your piece does break, simply bring it back to our store, and we will expertly weld it back together. Please note that we cannot replace any lost jewelry or charms.
Cleaning
Maintain the shine and sparkle of your forever jewelry by regularly cleaning it with a soft toothbrush and mild dish soap. Gently brush away any dirt or grime, then pat it dry using a soft, lint-free cloth. For sterling silver chains a jewelry polishing cloth can be used to shine your piece.
Removal
Should you need to remove your permanent jewelry, please use scissors or nail clippers to carefully snip it at the small jump ring. Try to avoid cutting the chain, as this may cause damage and complicate any necessary repairs.
